Precision and flexibility
We offer flat gaskets in standard sizes as well as custom solutions based on specific drawings and requirements. With our flexible production capabilities, we can quickly produce small and medium-sized batches to deliver a solution that precisely meets your needs.
Our in-house production uses large-format flatbed cutters from Aristomat, enabling precise and rapid production of gaskets with tight tolerances, all without the need for punching tools. This allows us to deliver efficiently, ensuring short lead times and reduced costs.
We can produce in a wide range of materials, including elastomers, aramid-based fiber solutions and graphite. We also offer production in food-grade materials compliant with EC 1935:2004 and FDA 177.2600, directly from stock.
