Reliable Guide Rings

Guide Rings ensure precise control of piston rods, while reducing friction and wear. Our Guide Rings are made from high performance polymer materials such as PEEK and PTFE, making them ideal for demanding applications with high radial loads.
High mechanical strength
Guide Rings´ low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.1 for steel lubrication) and high mechanical strength make them particularly suitable for applications with minimal lubrication and high loads.

Encapsulated O-rings
Encapsulated O-rings are an ideal solution when working with chemical resistance and hygiene.
These O-rings are typically with an inner ring of silicone or Viton/FKM surrounded by an outer ring of PTFE, which gives them unique properties for use in e.g. chemical and food industry.
Our encapsulated O-rings come in a wide range of sizes and cross-sections, tailored to your specific needs.
Optimized for extreme conditions
The encapsulated construction combines the flexibility and sealing performance of elastomers with the chemical and temperature advantages of PTFE. This makes them particularly suitable for applications where standard O-rings cannot meet the requirements for sealing or durability. The O-rings are resistant to a wide range of chemicals and can be used at temperatures from -60°C to +205°C.
Encased O-rings are also an excellent choice for food and medical applications as they meet the requirements of both FDA regulations and EU 1935/2004 for food contact materials. They can also be sterilized, which ensures a high standard of hygiene.
