We use FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to predict the performance of seals under various conditions. This allows us to optimize the design and ensure reliable performance before production begins.
Design
The solution space is defined in collaboration with the customer, and suitable sealing designs are established for the specific application.
Simulation
Performance of one or more sealing designs is simulated via FEA to enable refinement and selection.
Performance testing
Tribological properties such as leakage, friction, and wear are determined for selected prototype designs using in-house reciprocating test stands.
