About the role
You will be responsible for developing both standard and customized sealing solutions. You’ll handle technical inquiries and application tasks in close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Projects vary in size and complexity and will involve your participation throughout different stages of the process – from design and production to testing and quality assurance. We’re looking for a committed individual with strong communication skills and a structured approach, capable of developing top-notch solutions that create value for our customers.
An essential part of your work will be optimizing our “time to market” through internal projects, where you and your colleagues will implement efficient processes and solutions. You will also contribute to developing support tools that facilitate your learning and knowledge acquisition, ensuring that both you and the team stay up to date with the latest knowledge and technology.

- Solid expertise in CAD and technical drawing facilitation.
- Experience with solution verification and validation.
